About the host

The Orheiul Vechi Cultural-Natural Reserve holds Geto-Dacian remains, a medieval Tatar fortress, and a cave monastery carved directly into the limestone cliff above a dramatic bend of the Răut River. A guided walk climbs to the cave church and the wooden bell tower with its panoramic viewpoint.
