## Description

You must taste their traditional mamaliga \(polenta\), prepared by chef Dumitru Boicu. The mamaliga served with shrimp and crab meat, or chicken marinated in white wine, miso paste and salvia \(a local herb\). This traditional Moldovan dish with a modern twist must be enjoyed.
