The Ștefan Vodă wine region covers an area of about 10 thousand hectares and is located in a climate zone similar to that of the Bordeaux region, France. We invite you to visit this area influenced by the Dniester River and its proximity to the Black Sea. With a special microclimate, perfect for cultivating red grape varieties, such as the local Rara Neagra, Saperavi, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, the Ștefan Vodă region is one of the most coveted terroirs of Moldova. Wines produced in this geographical area began to be known abroad since the 19th century, and now you can discover them yourself, even in the historic cellars where these treasures mature.
